If you're unhappy with your treatment, you may request a refund within 8 weeks of your appointment. Refund requests are reviewed by our medical and provider team; approved refunds are returned in full, including any tip. Refunds may be declined where aftercare instructions were not followed.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the service price, at your provider's discretion.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method for the full amount you paid, including any tip — Melanite covers the payment-processing costs.
